These terms describe the boundaries of the Twin Canopy Stewardship app and support site. The app is an offline educational resource and does not create a professional, funding, applicant, donor, client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
By using the app or this support site, you agree to use the material lawfully and to preserve the privacy and dignity of real people and organizations.
1. Educational purpose
Content provides general stewardship education. It is not legal, tax, investment, accounting, financial, compliance, fiduciary, or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to fund, decline, rank, investigate, or contact any person or organization.
2. No application, donation, or service relationship
The app and site do not accept or process proposals, grant requests, donations, payments, supporting documents, personal cases, or requests for direct assistance. Using the app does not create eligibility, priority, endorsement, award, obligation, representation, or expectation of funding.
3. Fictional practice material
Case Table scenarios are fictional composites written for learning. Similarity to a real person, organization, project, community, donor, or event is coincidental. Do not use a fictional case as evidence about a real entity.
4. Responsible use
Do not attempt to place confidential applicant, grantee, donor, beneficiary, board, employee, financial, health, legal, or identifying information into the app. Follow applicable law, your governing documents, conflicts policy, records policy, contractual duties, and professional guidance.
5. Sources and currency
Linked sources may change, move, or become outdated. Verify current primary records and effective dates. A link is provided for context and does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or responsibility for an external site.
6. Availability and changes
The publisher may correct, update, replace, or discontinue content or support materials. Offline operation reduces service dependencies but does not guarantee compatibility with every device or future Android version.
7. No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and site are provided for general educational use without a promise that content is complete, current, error-free, fit for a particular decision, or sufficient for a legal or fiduciary duty.
8. Privacy and support
Review the Privacy Policy for exact app behavior. For technical, accessibility, privacy, or terms questions, use the developer contact displayed on the current Google Play listing. Do not send proposals or sensitive material.
