Practice Tools · fixed choices

Structure a question without storing the story.

The app’s tools use bundled choices and fictional cases. They are designed for private reflection, not applicant intake, scoring, ranking, or automated decisions.

01 · On-device tool

Focus Lens

Choose whether the moment is mainly about purpose, context, evidence, relationship, governance, or learning. The lens narrows attention without deciding the answer.

02 · On-device tool

Case Table

Practice with 12 fictional situations. Names, organizations, programs, budgets, and circumstances are invented and are not recommendations or disguised real cases.

03 · On-device tool

Decision Weave

Arrange fixed-choice strands for known facts, unanswered questions, affected people, constraints, and possible next steps.

04 · On-device tool

Decision Brief

Review the selected strands in a compact on-device summary. The brief is not an approval memo, professional opinion, or exportable grant record.

05 · On-device tool

Board Circle

Reflect on role clarity, conflicts, recusals, independent judgment, and what belongs in a real governance record outside the app.

06 · On-device tool

Cycle Trace

Revisit intention, action, change, variance, unintended effects, repair, renewal, or respectful exit.

Decision hygiene

Four moves before a conclusion.

Use the sequence as a conversation scaffold. It is intentionally not a grant scorecard.

Name the purpose

What decision is actually being made, by whom, and within what authority?

Separate the layers

Distinguish observed facts, interpretation, intention, assumptions, and unknowns.

Make power visible

Who carries the burden, who benefits, who can disagree, and who is absent?

Choose a next step

Prefer a proportionate action that leaves room to learn, repair, or change course.

What the tools deliberately do not do

They do not request names, emails, budgets, proposals, supporting documents, payment information, protected-class details, health information, precise location, or applicant history. They do not calculate eligibility, issue a recommendation, transmit a brief, compare real organizations, contact the foundation, or create a legal board record.

Adults considering an abstract model together
Practice is a rehearsal, not a verdict.

The app uses Android SharedPreferences only. Erase All clears the app’s saved choices and progress. There is no account, cloud sync, export, upload, chat, or contact form.
